On December 30, 2015, an Equestrian Use Preserve Easement was recorded on the property. This irrevocable gift was made by the owners, Silver-Bronze, to guarantee the 24.1 acre center would remain equestrian forever. The named beneficiaries of the easement are the County of Orange and the California State Horseman’s Association (CSHA), which is California’s oldest and largest horsemen’s association with approximately 20,000 members.
